Q3 - What do we if the brand of battery required is not visible on the vbat website?

A3 - We offer a wide range of batteries including globally renown premium brands, value brands and economically priced brands. If we don't offer the brand you have installed then we probably offer something similar and quite likely  superior that can be installed as a direct replacement.

Q4 - If ordered today, when would we receive the batteries ordered?

A4 - Many batteries can supplied within 24 business hours, others may take 48-72 business hours. Ultimately, however, delivery lead times are based upon the battery brand, battery size, quantity required and the delivery destination.

Q5 - Can batteries be supplied overseas?

A5 - Overseas delivery is usually available however additional terms and conditions of sale may apply and of course delivery will take longer, please call us.

Q6 - Which battery do we require?

A6 - We can offer general guidance on a wide range of installations and applications however application specific details and the specifics of the equipment installed and their compatibility should be fully understood by the application's engineer and service team.
